Return Policy
Should you need to return your merchandise, please call Sohofurnishing.com, The Back Customer Service Department at 1-800-889-1366 ext. 8085 to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Code (RMA#) in order to expedite your return and ensure proper credit to your account.
With no exception of the products, all items are returnable within 30 days of receipt for a 100% refund of the product price. Shipping charges are not eligible for refund. Please also take all precautions to keep the product, warranty information, instruction books and the packaging material in as new condition as possible during the 30-day satisfaction guarantee period, otherwise it may require a nominal restocking fee not to exceed 10% of purchase price and penalty charges which will be estimated upon the product conditions. Refunds are issued upon receipt of merchandise.
In the event of damaged merchandise or shipping error, a full refund including shipping charges will be issued upon receipt of merchandise.
No returns nor exchange can be made for commercial massage chairs, lighting and furniture.
