Product Warranty

All Massage Chairs from us, are refurbish product and they come with the King Kong USA, Inc. manufacturer six moths standard  warranty from the date of purchase.

The product should be free from defects in material and workmanship. In the unlikely event that such a defect appears during the warranty period, King Kong USA will repair or replace the product with a comparable model (at its option) without charge. This also includes the parts and labor cost during the standard one year warranty.

Make sure to keep the purchase receipt. If a defect occurs, simply contact at 1-800-889-1366 for customer services or email to us at

info@sohofurnishing.com Proof of purchased is required. Incase that the problems can not be solved by emails or phones. We will send a trained professional technician representative to your location for repairing the defective merchandize by appointment; if service still cannot be made at your location, King Kong will ship the product to our repair facilities for service, and send merchandize back with good condition free of charge. 

This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, normal fading, misuse, or neglect of the product, or damages made during transit by carrier. King Kong reserves the right to make the final judgment regarding any claim or defective merchandise.
